Neon Foam

I have literally no idea what Neon Foam was until tonight. Then I joined the social committee, re-obtained photoshop, was told to make a poser by tomorrow, and went to town.

This may, or may not, be used as a poster for a college event. idek tbh. There's another guy working on the project who's about a zillion times better at photomanipulation than me.

my fingers keep stuffing up what keys to press - I hit send twice before I managed to attach what I was trying to share. /sigh.
